What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and the contents of your order. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — they never reach our servers.

If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address until you unsubscribe.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, and — if you've opted in — to send occasional emails about new arrivals. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Your shipping details are shared with our fulfilment partner and the carrier delivering your parcel, solely to get your order to you. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your bag between visits and to understand how the site is used. You can clear or block them in your browser settings; the bag will stop persisting if you do.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@sereia.store and we'll action it within 30 days.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
