Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that isn't right.
What we can accept
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and the protective hygiene liner still attached. Try pieces on over your own underwear.
How to return
- Email us with your order number and which pieces you're returning.
- We'll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Send the parcel back with tracking — we can't refund what doesn't arrive.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
Return shipping
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong piece — in which case we cover it in full.
Faulty or incorrect items
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping both ways. No need to return the item first.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size you need — it's faster than waiting for the return to clear.
